Denver Accent!
The
accent on the city and county of Denver, Colorado is
mountains. The Front Range of the Rocky Mountains dominate
the city view to the west. Interstate-25 (north-south) and
Interstate-70 (east-west) intersect in Denver.
Interstate-70 to the west is the gateway to the ski resorts
of Loveland, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain in
Summit County and to Vail just up the road. The city of
Denver is home to over 500,000 people and was founded as a
city during the gold rush in 1858.
